We will acknowledge availability and booking within 48 hours

Booking will be confirmed after initial payment of 20% (non-refundable), balance due two months before arrival date, balance will be due in full at time of booking

Cancellations made up to two months before arrival date, the 20% down payment will be kept. Cancellations made under two months before arrival date will not be refunded unless another reservation is made for that period..

A deposit of 150 Euros will be asked for on arrival (cash or cheque) and will be returned on the day of departure supposing no damage was done during your stay.

Payments can be made by bank transfer (details given on booking), travellers cheque, or by cheque (English residents only). All payments to be made in Euro or Sterling.

Most weekly bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. Week-end breaks start on a Friday, 3 night. Midweek breaks start on a Monday and end on Friday. Other days on request.

We can arrange to have you picked up at Alicante airport for 40 Euros or from Murcia Airport for 30 Euros.

On receipt of your initial payment of 20% we will send you your booking confirmation and number and we will tell you when you must pay the remaining cost of your rental.

When you have paid for your rental in full, you will be sent your travel directions, details on how to find the villa and where to collect your keys on arrival, the name and phone number of your holiday contact. Its best to advise us of your estimated arrival time, which should normally be after 3 pm.

On your day of Departure, we ask you to leave the apartment by 10am so that it can be cleaned for the next arrivals. There is a charge of 60 Euros for this service payable in advance on arrival to the key holder
